General Information:
State Route 123 is a rural highway linking the mining region around Mt Magnet with the ports in Geraldton. At the western end it is a limited access road with reservations for duplication, the remainder of the route is rural highway standard.

- March 1996: Widening and construction of passing lanes on the Geraldton to Mullewa section of the Geraldton-Mt Magnet Road. 2
