General Information:

C384 is a rural route linking Tooborac and Puckapunyal Military Area with the town of Seymour and the Hume Fwy (M31). C384 between Seymour town centre and the Hume Fwy (M31) interchange was once part of the Hume Hwy.

History:

14 December 1982: Seymour bypass (Hume Fwy) opened by the Minister for Transport, the Hon. Steve Crabb MP. The 9 km bypass cost A$26m to complete. 2
