General Information:
C134 is a rural route linking Great Ocean Rd (B100) with the Princes Freeway (M1). C134 acts as an alternate route of Surf Coast Hwy (B100).
History:
- 2008: Truncation of C134 for construction of Princes Fwy (M1) at Waurn Ponds.
- 2009: Construction started on a roundabout at the junction with Mt Duneed Rd at Freshwater Creek.

Mount Duneed Road:
