General Information:

C103 is located in the Gippsland region of Victoria.

The section of C103 that runs parallel to the Bairnsdale railway line is the old alignment of the Princes Highway through the Moe area. The route is mostly undivided and services residential, commercial, industrial and rural areas.

Multiplexes along the route include:

Tourist Drive 91, for 3 km, Moe.
Tourist Drive 94, for 5 km, between Moe and Newborough.
