General Information:
State Route 45 is mostly a rural route servicing residential, commercial and rural areas. The route passes through significant koala habitat and bushland.
Multiplexes along the route include:
- State Route 21, for 2 km, Capalaba.
- South Moreton Bay Tourist Drive, for 7 km, Mount Cotton.
History:
- April 2013: Intersection upgrade of Mt Cotton Rd and Wuduru Rd. Work included linemarking changes to include a dedicated southbound right-turn lane from Mount Cotton Road to Wuduru Road, shoulder widening, installation of new road signs and installation of reflective road pavement markers. 2
