General Information:
State Route 39 is a suburban route in Ipswich, west of Brisbane. It passes through mostly residential and commercial areas.
The route does not terminate at another route anymore, because Main Roads have decommissioned the Business National Route 15 route number, which used to be assigned to Warwick Rd and Brisbane Rd and have not extended any other route numbers to take its place. Several routes in Ipswich now suffer from not terminating at a numbered route.
