General Information:

M/A2 is the main link from Brisbane to the Northern Territory. It varies from motorway standard in the Brisbane metropolitan area, to dual carriageway rural highway standard between Brisbane and Toowoomba, and rural highway standard beyond Toowoomba.

End NH15 / Start M2:
Sign at the Cunningham Hwy (M15) (former NH15) interchange at Riverview, November 2009. When this sign was installed, this was the start of Metroad 2, so the mention here of start M2 is obselete, as M2 starts further west of this junction. Warrego Hwy (M2) becomes Ipswich Mwy (M2) here however.

Inbound on the Ipswich Motorway at Riverview approaching the Tessman Street and McEwan Street (SR33) interchange. October 2005. This off-ramp has since been removed.
